Showroom: Swedish Fashion

As part of Swedish Design Movement, an event devoted to sustainable design, and to coincide with Paris Fashion Week, the Swedish Fashion Association is organising a week of showrooms, seminar and talk with some of the most interesting Swedish brands. The focus is also on students and new talents.

For one week, Swedish fashion will be joining forces with Swedish Design Movement and occupying part of the Institut Suédois with three showrooms.

On 29 September 2021, ten Swedish Fashion labels will be presenting their latest creations to fashion professionals and the general public: ABOMÉ Studio, AVAVAV, Diemonde, Filippa Agaton, House of Dagmar, Iggy Jeans, Ingy Stockholm, Jeanerica, Remake Stockholm and Susan Szatmàry.

From 30 September to 3 October 2021, the focus will be on young fashion designers and students with two showrooms. The first, designed by the Swedish Fashion Council, brings together the young brands Aajiya, Jade Cropper, Selam Fessahaye, Ellen Hodakova and Rave Review. The second, organised by Beckman’s College of Design in Stockholm, presents the creations of 11 graduates and alumni of this highly respected school.

A seminar and a talk will also be taking place on that week: see Fashion talks.

In partnership with Paris Design Week, the Swedish Fashion Association, the Swedish Fashion Council and Beckman’s College of Design Stockholm.
