The Institut Suédois in Paris is located in a historic 16th century mansion, the Hôtel de Marle, in the heart of the central Marais district. There are six small one-room apartments with two beds. The apartments are residential and cannot be used as studios or exercise rooms.
We offer accommodation in our six small two-bed apartments for 14 or 28 days in a calendar month. Exact arrival and departure dates are decided by Institut Suédois.
The 28-day rent is SEK 8 500 for a private person and 10 000 if the rent is payed by an organization, institution or company. For the 14-day stay the rent is SEK 5 000 and SEK 6 000 respectively.
Applications must be made to the Institut Suédois in Paris no later than 15 April for accommodation in September-January and no later than 15 October for accommodation in February-August.
