Daniel Adolfsson
Actor, director and playwright
03.06.2025 – 16.06.2025

“I am an actor, director, and playwright who uses theater to explore both myself and the world around us. My latest play, Bad Boy – a quick fix, emerged from a frustration with how digital life shapes us – our choices, relationships, and loneliness. For me, theater is not just a space for storytelling but a way to create connections that move and challenge us. I aim to always leave the audience with something to carry with them – a feeling, a thought, perhaps even a sense of hope.”

Bad Boy – a quick fix is a monologue about a man navigating the crossroads of becoming an incel or a single adoptive father. Through a journey filled with dates, concerts, gym sessions, visits to the adoption agency, his psychologist, and urologist, the play delves into the complexities of modern masculinity. With live music and humor, it explores societal expectations, personal disappointments, and whether fulfillment comes from love or the need for purpose in a chaotic world.”
