The Swedish-Palestinian architect Sandi Hilal is visiting Paris for the presentation of her project on hosting refugees, Al-Madafeh: the Right to Host, which forms part of the exhibition Public Luxury at the Institut Suédois. Together with Ewa Kumlin, director of the Institut Suédois, she transforms the latter’s living room into a public space. For one evening, Ewa Kumlin hosts people who wish to discuss the social implications of the art of hosting with Sandi Hilal and herself.
